At Walgreens today all the summer stuff is ringing up half off. Things like sandles and flip flops, beach towels, serving ware, out door lights. Be sure to check yours out too

Wednesday night Races

For those of you that live near me, Wednesday nights Stateline Speedway has a great deal on the races. its $5.75 for adults but then kids get in free. We enjoy the races alot. Check out raceidaho.comfor more information.

Summer Lunch Program

Did you know that most states offer a summer lunch program that is FREE for kids under age 18? My kids love it. Its a program from the goverment and it serves healthy food and milk. Adults can buy a lunch for 2.00. Our school in Idaho serves a main dish that changes every day and then there is also pbnj sandwiches and sub sandwiches. I tend to get a 6 inch sandwich with ham and turkey, all the fixins, chips and a chocolate milk for 2.00. How great is that? Just like going to Subway.
In Idaho they also serve breakfast.
My girls love going to school lunch. I like it because I don't have to worry about what to make for lunch 5 days a week and there is nothing for me to clean up after. If you want to see if your school district does this type in your school district name in a search and see what comes up.

Kelloggs Cereal Recall

About 2 weeks ago, there was a recall on certain Kelloggs Corn Pops, Apple Jacks and Fruit Loops. I had 10 boxes combined in that mix so I called the replacement number. Today in my mail box I had 10 coupons for a free Kelloggs item up to 5.00. I am thinking this will go great with some back to school sales on cookie packs single servings and combined with the right Kellogg/Catalina sale at Albertsons or Safeway or Kroger this could be a money maker.
